HOW TO CALCULATE MONTHLY INSTALLMENT ?

On The Road Price - Discount - Deposit = Loan Amount (to the nearest 100)

eg: Saga Flx 1.3 Manual Standard Solid White
*On The Road Price is RM41,134
*Discount For June RM1,000
*Deposit 10% is RM4,134 therefore;-
(RM41,134 - RM1,000 - RM4,134 = RM36,000)
Loan Amount is RM36,000.

Loan Amount will be charged interest from bank. How to calculate?
eg: Loan RM36,000
Interest Rates 2.9%
Years of Loan 9years therefore;-
(RM36,000 x 2.9% x 9years = RM9,396)
Interest charged by bank is RM9,396.

Monthly Installment Formula:-
Loan Amount + Interest Charged / Loan tenure = monthly installment
eg: Loan Amount RM36,000
Interest charged RM9,396
Loan tenure 108 (9years x 12months)
Therefore;-
(RM36,000 + RM9,396 / 108months = RM420

There is NO WAY that LOWER DEPOSIT then LOWER MONTHLY INSTALLMENT. It's IMPOSSIBLE!
